Guide
Personalised Santa video call for kids
A video call from Santa that uses your child's name, age and wish. A grown-up enters the details first, then the child opens a private link. There is no account for the child.
Two kinds of call with Santa
The general call. Call Santa is a friendly video call from Santa's workshop. He listens, laughs and remembers their wish. It is included in the Elf Club plan (£4.99) and above.
The personal call. Santa calls the child by name and talks about their wish. Workshop (£9.99) includes one personal call for each child, of 1 minute. Christmas Pro (£19.99) includes two personal calls for each child, of 2 minutes each.
On its own. Santa's Personal Call + Story Film is £7.99 as a one-off payment. It includes one personal call for each child and their first story film. An extra call is £2.99 for that child. A call that drops in the first 20 seconds does not count.
What a grown-up fills in first
Before the call, a grown-up enters the child's name, their age, their wish, up to three good things they did this year, who is in their family, and a few photos if they like. Photos are optional.
The same details are used for the story film, so the call and the film match.
Who it is for
Children aged roughly 3 to 9, and the grown-ups who set it up. Nothing renews.
Privacy for children
Grown-ups hold the account and the settings. Children's settings start at the most private option, and nothing a child does is used for advertising.
