A call from Santa for UK families
Christmas Magic Shop is a UK shop. Prices are in pounds, the Advent doors open at UK midnight, and a grown-up in the UK sets the call up before a child ever sees it.
The general call
Call Santa is a friendly video call from Santa's workshop. He listens, laughs and remembers their wish. It is included in Elf Club (£4.99) and above.
The free three-day trial does not include Call Santa. The trial covers Sledge Run, Santa's Grotto without the fair, and My Reindeer. No card is needed to start the trial.
The personal call
The personal call uses the child's name and wish. Workshop (£9.99) includes one personal call for each child, of 1 minute. Christmas Pro (£19.99) includes two personal calls for each child, of 2 minutes each, until 31 January.
On its own, Santa's Personal Call + Story Film is £7.99. That is one personal call for each child and their first story film. An extra call is £2.99 for that child. A call that drops in the first 20 seconds does not count.
What a grown-up does first
You choose the child's name. The shop gives them a number that stays the same. You set a 6-digit PIN for the child, and you can change it in Grown-ups. The child does not get an account of their own.
Before a personal call you can also add their age, their wish, up to three good things they did this year, and who is in the family. Photos are optional.
