What is in the film
Each film is a personalised Santa story. Extra films are always a brand-new story, such as a night in the elves' workshop, the reindeer stables, a Christmas Eve sleigh ride, Mrs Claus's kitchen or the snow globe secret.
The film uses the details and photos a grown-up saved for that child: their name, their age, their wish, up to three good things they did this year, and who is in their family.
Length and quality
The standard film is about 2 minutes. Long is about 4 minutes, with more good-things and family moments, the reindeer, the workshop and the sleigh over their town. Epic is about 6 minutes and adds their own house and Christmas morning.
Personal shots are standard quality (480p), and the film plays at 1280 × 720. The HD upgrade makes the shots of your child and your house sharper, in 720p, for one film, for £1.99.
Prices
Santa's Personal Call + Story Film is £7.99, as one payment. It includes the first film and one personal call for each child. Extra films are £4.99 each. Christmas Pro (£19.99) includes a personalised Santa film for each child, plus two personal calls for each child and every game.

Yes. The film is an MP4 file to download and keep.
How long is the film?
The standard film is about 2 minutes. The longer versions are about 4 minutes (Long) and 6 minutes (Epic).
Does the child need an account?
No. Open the private link on the device the child will use.
Can I get a refund?
The refunds page explains when. Once delivery starts, the 14-day cancellation right ends, and a faulty or not-as-described gift can still be refunded.
