Terms

Christmas Magic Shop sells one-off digital experiences in GBP. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. You get a private page, not a physical item and not a subscription. The recipient does not need an account.

Previews are samples. Where a sample stops early, the product page says what the paid version adds. The shop does not invent reviews or stock counts.

Personalised text is yours to submit. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share. Photos you upload are shown to anyone holding the private link.

Your child's details

Santa's call, Santa's film and Santa's visit video are made from the details you type and confirm for each child (their name, age, the good things they did and so on). Before you save a child, we show you every detail as Santa will use it and ask you to check it. We use those details exactly as you typed them, so please check the spelling and the facts before you confirm.

If you notice a mistake afterwards, including a simple spelling mistake, you can correct it in the Grown-ups section. For a small spelling fix we remake that call, film or visit for free, once for each, and it does not count towards any remake limit. We will always put right anything we got wrong ourselves.

The 14-day cancellation right for digital content ends once delivery starts, if you agreed to immediate supply at checkout (see Refunds). None of this affects your statutory rights: if something we made is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The party game has a family pack and a party pack. The party pack is silly. It is not explicit. You choose which pack to play.

The Advent calendar follows UK time (Europe/London) for the year shown on its page. Buying it before December does not open every door early.

Game add-ons and coins

Game add-ons are extra digital content for our games (outfits, characters, courses, decorations). Only a grown-up can buy them, in Grown-ups > Add-ons, behind the grown-up PIN. Prices are in pounds and include VAT. Each add-on is a one-off payment and never renews. Each one says whether it is for the whole family or for one child, and lists exactly what it unlocks. Nothing we sell is random. Some items also open free in the Magical Christmas Calendar; the add-on says so.

Coins belong to one child each. Children earn coins by playing our games; a grown-up can also add coins to a child (or share them equally between their children) in Grown-ups > Add-ons, with the grown-up PIN. 100 coins cost about £0.99; packs show any bonus coins plainly, and wherever a grown-up spends coins we show what they are worth in pounds. Coins can only be spent in our games, on lands, avatar items, treats and add-ons. Children can spend their own coins; they never see prices in pounds or offers to buy coins, and cannot buy coins themselves. Coins never expire while your family account exists. They cannot be exchanged for money, and unspent coins are not refundable unless the law requires it. If coins you added are refunded, the unspent coins are taken back from the child or children who received them. If an add-on is refunded, it is removed from the games. Coins that were in your family's earlier Elf Coins wallet have been shared equally between your children.

Santa's Prize Wheel: promotion terms

  1. Promoter: Christmas Magic Shop, 56 Maple Avenue, Leicester, LE3 3FH (support@santaplaytime.com).
  2. Who can take part: UK residents aged 18 or over who hold a Christmas Magic Shop family account. One account per family. The wheel is in the Grown-ups area only and is never shown to children.
  3. No purchase necessary. Every family can get a free spin each day from 1 to 24 December (UK time), and one for finishing the setup wizard.
  4. Other ways to earn a spin: one for your first purchase or Christmas Pro; one for each friend whose first paid order uses your invite link (up to 10; your friend gets 10% off that order); and one for sending us private feedback through our own form, whatever it says. Spins never depend on leaving a review, on Trustpilot or anywhere else, and reviews are never rewarded.
  5. Every spin wins. The prize is chosen at random by our server from these prizes, subject to daily limits: An extra call with Santa; 20% off your next order; Nice List Certificate; Golden elf hat for Santa's Grotto; An extra Santa film with a new story; A Letter from Santa; £2 off your next order; A bonus calendar treat; Spin again!. Some prizes are rarer than others, and a prize that has reached its daily limit is temporarily not available.
  6. Prizes: an extra call or extra film is added to the child you choose and works like a purchased one. Discount codes are single use, can't be combined with another code, and last 30 days once revealed. Printables and the golden elf hat are for personal use. Prizes have no cash alternative, can't be exchanged or transferred, and must be used by 31 January.
  7. Closing date: the promotion ends at 23:59 on 31 January after the Christmas season. We may end or change it early for reasons outside our control, without affecting prizes already won.
  8. Fair play: we may withhold spins or prizes gained by fraud, multiple accounts or self-referral.
