More about this gift

The free Call Santa app is a friendly, general call. This turns it personal. A grown-up sets it up first in the Call Santa app: the child's name, age, their wish, up to three good things they did this year, who is in their family, and a few photos if you like. Santa then rings and uses those details in the call. Then you get a short MP4 film: Santa opens his big book, checks whether they've been good, reads out the good things you wrote, puts them on the Nice List and talks about their family. Their present is never named in the film, so Christmas morning stays a surprise. It is rendered on our server, to keep and share with family. The details are typed by you. Nothing is invented about your child. Photos and the film are deleted 30 days after they are made.

A child who still believes, and the grown-ups who want to keep the moment

Questions about this gift

What is the difference from the free Call Santa?

The free call is the same for everyone. This version uses the name, age, wish and details you type, and adds the story film.

How long do you keep the photos and film?

30 days after the film is made, then the files are deleted. Download the film if you want to keep it.

Can I do it more than once?

It includes one personalised call and the first film for each child. After that, each extra personalised call is £2.99 and each extra film is £4.99, always a brand-new story (Long and Epic lengths and HD cost a little more). Remaking a film you already made is free, and the free general Call Santa app stays free and unlimited.

Can I get a refund?

You can still ask for a refund if a gift is faulty, not as described, or the link never arrives. Because it is digital and starts straight away, the 14-day cancellation right ends once delivery starts, and checkout asks you to agree to that. How refunds work

Which devices does it work on?

Phones, tablets and computers, in the web browser. Nothing to install.
