Christmas gifts for grandchildren

Digital gifts a grandparent can buy and send by private link. Each one is a one-off payment, and nothing renews.

How a grandparent sends a gift

You can buy from a family's gift link, for one child, or as a gift. You then get a gift code to give to the family. They redeem it for their child, who unwraps it in their Christmas portal.

You need to be 18 or over and pay with your own card. If you ask for the gift to be delivered straight away, you give up the 14-day right to cancel. The refunds page explains the rest.

Questions

Who can buy a present?

Adults aged 18 or over, paying with their own card. Buying a present needs no sign-in.

Will the child see prices?

No. Children only see coins and pictures, never prices.

How does the gift reach the family?

You get a gift code to give to the family. They redeem it for their child, who opens it in their Christmas portal.

Can I get a refund?

The refunds page explains when. Once delivery starts, the 14-day cancellation right ends, but a faulty or not-as-described gift can still be refunded.
