More about this gift

Made for ages 2–8. Santa needs help getting his sleigh ready, and he says every job out loud, so children who cannot read yet can play with a grown-up nearby. There are six short jobs: find the hidden present, hang the baubles from small to big, match the mittens, count the reindeer, spot Rudolph, and pack the sleigh. Everything is tap or drag. There is no typing, no timer and no way to lose: a wrong tap gets a gentle wiggle and a hint, and after a couple of tries the right answer sparkles. Each job earns a gold star, and the whole mission takes about three to five minutes. A Big kids setting (ages 7+) plays slightly harder versions of the same six jobs. The preview includes the first job.

Questions about this gift

Is it scary?

No. It is a cosy errand for Santa, made for young children.

Can my child play on their own?

Yes, even before they can read: Santa says every job out loud, and the pictures show what to do. Under-fives usually like a grown-up nearby.

How long does it take?

About three to five minutes for all six jobs. Most children want to play it again.

Can I get a refund?

You can still ask for a refund if a gift is faulty, not as described, or the link never arrives. Because it is digital and starts straight away, the 14-day cancellation right ends once delivery starts, and checkout asks you to agree to that. How refunds work

Which devices does it work on?

Phones, tablets and computers, in the web browser. Nothing to install.
