Plan
How it worksSign in to your free family account, pay once, and every game and gift opens for your family on every device you link, until 31 January.
Christmas Pro covers your family account: every phone and tablet you link, and up to four children. It unlocks every arcade game with leaderboards and extra levels, Christmas Chaos and the full Santa Hunt, Santa's personal video call and story film for each child, the sleigh ride that lands on your own road, and every gift experience in the shop for your own children: Unwrap, the Portal, the House, the Mission, the Universe, the Advent calendar and Santa in Your Home. It is a single payment that lasts until 31 January. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. You need a free family account first so we know which family it belongs to. Gifts you buy for someone else still work by private link, as before.

No. It is one payment and it ends on 31 January. Nothing is charged again.
Pro belongs to your family, not to one link, so it works on every device you link. Signing up is free and needs only an email.
Yes. Gifts and bundles for other people are bought separately and arrive as a private link, as before.
You can still ask for a refund if a gift is faulty, not as described, or the link never arrives. Because it is digital and starts straight away, the 14-day cancellation right ends once delivery starts, and checkout asks you to agree to that. How refunds work
Phones, tablets and computers, in the web browser. Nothing to install.
